Personal Data

Whilst using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you (“Personal Data”). In order to register as a user with ALL IN, you may be asked to sign in using your Facebook login. If you do so, you authorize us to access certain Facebook account information, such as your public Facebook profile (consistent with your privacy settings in Facebook), your email address, interests, likes, gender, birthday, education history, relationship interests, current city, previously visited events and locations, and information about and photos of your Facebook friends who might be common Facebook friends with other ALL IN users. You may also be asked to allow ALL IN to collect your location information from your device when you download or use the Service.
Usage Data
In addition, we may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service or when you access the Service by a computer or similar device (“Usage Data”). This usage data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol address (I.P. address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time spend on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
When you access the Service through a mobile device, this data may include information such as the type of mobile data you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, type of mobile Internet browser you use, unique device identifiers, your mobile device’s geographic location while our application is actively running, and other diagnostic data.

All payment services provided through ALL IN are managed by third parties. ALL IN holds no payment data such as debit or credit card numbers, or other financial information. We strongly advise that you review the Privacy Policy of these providers in this case before providing them with any financial information.
How we use the information we collect
In short: The data we collect is used so that we can constantly improve the service, and give every user the best experience possible. We use the data to personalise content to our users, as well as analyse the way in which our users are using the Service. We also use the data so that we’re quickly able to identify any problems with the service.

When applying for a job at ALL IN, we will use the information provided solely in connection with considering and acting upon your application. We will remove any information stored about you as soon as the decision regarding your application has been made. Information provided will also be held from anyone within the company, except those making a decision. ALL IN takes all reasonably necessary steps to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy, and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organisation or country unless there are adequate controls in place, including the security of your data and other personal information.
When you register as a user of ALL IN, your ALL IN profile will be viewable by other users of the Service. Information viewable by other users of the Service may include your profile photo, your name, and your bio.
Disclosure of Data
In Short: When you use ALL IN, your public data such as profile photo, name and bio is visible to other members. However, we do not share your personal data outside of the service, unless we are issued with a warrant or similar investigative demand or court order. We believe that the protection and non-disclosure of your data is paramount, so will not share data unless we believe that the safety of the public is at risk. We may however, share non-personal and anonymised information collected, in order to improve the service of both our partners and our own Service. We also take the protection of data seriously, and have preventative methods and counter-measures to prevent any data breach where possible. You should however take care when clicking on any third-party website within the application, as we’re not able to track their compliance with data protection.
ALL IN may disclose your Personal Data on the issuance of a warrant or similar investigative demand, a court order or a request for cooperation from a law enforcement or another government agency:

We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service (“Service Providers”), to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analysing how our Service is used.
These third-parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf, and are obligated not to disclose or use It for any other purpose. We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyse the use of our service.

Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site or service. We strongly advise that you review the Privacy Policy of these sites in this case.
While we hope that these third-parties will remain compliant and have the interests of their users as a key priority, we have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.
Information about other individuals
As part of our services we allow registered users send invitations to groups and events to individuals.
Where you wish to send an invitation to an individual who is not a registered user of ALL IN then we will only collect their email address and name from you. This information alone does not constitute Personal Data since, without further information, we will not be able to personally identify the invited individuals. If the individual accesses ALL IN in the future, either through the link or by registering with us directly, we will seek consent from them to process their Personal Data in accordance with this Policy.
Subject to the above, if you otherwise give us Personal Data that relates to a third party, you confirm that the third party has appointed you to act on their behalf and has agreed that you can give consent on their behalf to the processing of their Personal Data.
How you can access your information
In Short: You can access the information that we have collected about you within the Service. If you close your account, we will remove your information, but will retain some information for analytical use. It will also mean that you can restart your Service uninterrupted at a later date.
If you have an ALL IN account, you can review and update your personal information within the Service by navigating through the Service to the settings. More information about how to contact us is provided below. You may also close your account at any time by visiting the “Profile” page for your account. If you close your account at any time. We will retain certain information associated with your account for analytical purposes and record-keeping integrity, as well as to prevent fraud, enforce our Terms of Use, take actions we deem necessary to protect the integrity of our Service or our users, or take other actions otherwise permitted by law. In addition, if certain information has already been provided to third parties as described in this Privacy Policy, retention of that information will be subject to those third parties’ policies.
Information you provide about yourself while using our Service

In Short: When you post on the Service, this information will be visible to all those that are associated with that event or group. You should therefore not post any sensitive information. We will do our best to take action against any personal information that is made public in the service, but cannot guarantee that it will be removed immediately.

Deletion of personal data: 

You may have a right to request that we delete the personal information we hold about you at any time, and we will take reasonable steps to delete your personal information from our current records. If you ask us to delete your personal information, we will let you know how the deletion
affects your use of our website or products and services. There may be exceptions to this right for specific legal reasons which, if applicable, we
will set out for you in response to your request. If you terminate or delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 28 days of the deletion of your account. Please be aware that search engines and similar third parties may still retain copies of your personal information that has been made public at least once, like certain profile information and public comments, even after you have deleted the information from our services or deactivated your account.

No Rights of Third Parties
This Privacy Policy does not create rights enforceable by third parties or require disclosure of any personal information relating to users of the website.
